Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Classic Fill (2 weeks).

You can schedule fills every two weeks to maintain fullness; if it's past two weeks or less than 50% lash retention, multiple appointment types may be suggested to restore full coverage. Book early to secure preferred times.

When applied correctly with proper sizing and weight, classic fills are gentle on natural lashes. We assess lash health each visit and recommend adjustments or delay if lashes show thinning to prevent damage and promote long-term lash integrity.

Avoid water, steam, heavy sweating and oil-based products for 24-48 hours after your fill. Do not rub or pick lashes, and sleep on your back when possible to protect adhesive bond and prolong retention.

Mascara is unnecessary and discouraged on extensions; it can reduce retention and complicate removal. Lash tinting isn't recommended directly over extensions. We offer complementary tint options before application or recommend safe, extension-friendly tints if necessary.

If more than two weeks have passed or less than 50% of extensions remain, achieving full coverage in the allotted time may be unlikely. We may recommend additional fill time or a rebuild appointment to restore your classic fullness.

Most two-week classic fills take about 45–60 minutes depending on retention and lash condition. If extensive work is needed due to low retention, extra time or a different service may be recommended at booking.
